Pricing depends on team size, modules, region, and rollout footprint. We quote against your operation so you never pay for capacity you won't use.

Is there a free trial or pilot?

Yes — we run a guided 14-day pilot on a real branch or department, with your data, so you can validate workflows before committing.

How are users counted?

Named users with login access. Field workers using the mobile app for check-ins and scans are counted at a reduced rate; read-only stakeholders are free.

What currencies do you bill in?

NPR, INR and USD. Annual contracts are standard; multi-year terms unlock additional volume discounts.

Can we move between tiers?

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated and immediate. Downgrades take effect at renewal with no penalty.

Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
