05.Week 4–6

Training

Role-based training: ops, finance, HR, warehouse, field sales, admins. Playbooks and SOPs.

06.Week 6–8

Go-live

Cutover, hypercare and continuous tuning. Expand to additional modules or tenants on cadence.
